Do you have to have the chains on the bottom of vertical blinds? 

No, although chains help to keep the vertical blinds all aligned and settle quicker you do not require to have them. We can install sewn in or chain-less weights to your verticals. Having no chains is safer for children and your pets. 

Are Vertical blinds outdated? 

Vertical blinds continue to remain in style and popular in homes for a number of reasons. They made their peak in the 80s and 90s but still remain a popular choice due to their versatility. 

How do vertical Blinds work? 

Vertical blinds perform two basic functions, they either completely slide the blinds out of the way, stacking them to the side, or they simply tilt the slats to allow more light to come through. This is achieved by using the wand control to either slide the slats or twist the wand to tilt the slats. We no longer use corded verticals due to the wand being more child friendly.
